Here you have many ideas for making original and varied sandwiches and snacks.

Summer: For 4 people:



  • 6 pieces of cheese (or 6 tablespoons of cream cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup

  • 100 gr. of tuna in oil
  • 8 slices of bread mold
  • A few drops of lemon juice

To enrich: Lettuce, tomato, gherkins in vinegar, hard-boiled egg, olives ...

Elaboration



  • Mix the crushed cheeses with a fork with a shredded tuna, ketchup and a splash of lemon juice. We put the mixture on the slices of bread and make sandwiches. We can also insert some strips of red pepper, decorate with the slices of gherkin, hard-boiled egg, olives ...

Tuna with piquillos and olives: For 4 sandwiches:



  • 8 slices of bread mold
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 1/2 can of olives stuffed with anchovy
  • 4 piquillo peppers
  • Mayonnaise

Elaboration



  • Crumble tuna well drained. Chop the peppers and olives. Mix all the ingredients and fill the sandwiches.


York ham and apple: For 4 sandwiches:



  • 8 slices of bread mold
  • 100 g of milk cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 2 peeled and grated sour apples
  • 100 g of ham
  • 4 thin slices of soft cheese

Elaboration



  • Beat in a cream bowl until thickening it like whipped cream, season and add the apples. Spread the bread, fill with slices of ham and cheese. Until serving, it will stay moistened so it does not dry out.


York ham and pineapple:




  • 8 slices of bread mold
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 1 head of lettuce
  • 2 slices of pineapple in its juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • ketchup
  • pineapple juice

Elaboration



  • Finely chop the ham, the washed lettuce and the finely chopped and the pineapple chopped. Mix the mayonnaise with the ketchup and a little pineapple juice. Mix everything and fill in the sandwiches. We can also incorporate a slice of cheese.


Roast beef: For 4 sandwiches:



  • 8 thick slices of bread
  • Tartar sauce (see recipe) or mustard
  • 4 slices roast beef roast and juicy
  • 4 slices of soft cheese
  • 4 rocket leaves

ELABORATION



  • Spread bread slices with tartar sauce or mustard. Put the meat, cheese and rocket leaves in the middle and assemble the sandwich.


Smoked salmon:



  • 8 slices of bread mold
  • 8 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • pickles
  • capers
  • Mayonnaise

ELABORATION



  • Pass the pickles and the capers and mix with the mayonnaise. Incorporate the chopped hard-boiled egg. Spread the bread with this mixture, cover with the salmon and cover the sandwich.


Portuguese: Spread 8 slices of whole wheat bread with butter. On 4 slices place sardines in oil drained and cut into loins, 3 slices of hard boiled egg on each slice, all generously spread with mustard. Cover the sandwiches with the remaining 4 slices.

Mortadella or salami and cucumber: Per person:




  • 2 slices of sliced ​​bread, cream cheese
  • 2 slices of mortadella
  • Butter
  • 1 teaspoon chopped onion or chives
  • 4 slices of cucumber or pickles

ELABORATION



  • Spread a slice of bread with cream cheese and put on it 2 slices of mortadella. Add a few slices of cucumber and a teaspoon of chopped onion. Cover with another slice of bread spread with cheese. You can take it hot by smearing the sides of the sandwich with butter and toasting under the gril of the oven, in a vertical toaster or in a frying pan on both sides.


Bacon and zucchini: Per person:



  • 2 slices of bread mold
  • Butter
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 100 gr. of sliced ​​zucchini (thin slices)
  • 2 slices of cheese to melt

ELABORATION



  • Cover a slice of bread with 4 slices of golden bacon in the pan. Put the zucchini marked on the pan in butter and cheese. Cover with another slice of bread. Spread both sides with butter and put in the sandwich or toast it in the preheated oven 2 minutes on each side, or toast in a vertical toaster or in a frying pan on both sides. Serve cut into triangles and prick with a toothpick.


Tuna and egg vegetable: For 4 people:



  • 4 large slices of black bread (can also be in mold)
  • 1 can of tuna in oil, vinaigrette sauce (or mayonnaise)
  • 1 red pepper not too big in pieces
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • shredded lettuce
  • capers

ELABORATION


Mix everything and season with the sauce, without leaving too much liquid, placing the mixture between the slices of bread.

Mallorquin: Per person:



  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 slice of cream cheese
  • 1 slice of sobrasada
  • chopped almonds
  • honey
  • Butter

ELABORATION



  • Assemble the sandwich by spreading the bread with sobrasada, then put a thin thread of honey and then the cheese. Serve hot (prepared in a sandwich maker or under the grill), spread the bread on the outside with butter.

Salami and cheese: For 4 sandwiches:



  • 8 slices of bread mold
  • 4 slices of salami
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of grated radishes (or pickles, or even cucumber)
  • 1 cup lettuce cut in julienne
  • Mayonnaise

ELABORATION



  • Mix the lettuce with the radishes and the mayonnaise. Spread the bread with the mixture. Cover with salami and cheese, cover and serve.


Of surimi and prawns:

ELABORATION


Mix well all the chopped ingredients (except the prawns, which can be put whole) and assemble the sandwiches. We can incorporate a bit of fine chopped pineapple.


In the bottom photo: Cheese and mustard: Spread a few thin slices of bread with old mustard, put a slice of cheese, some canons and some chopped nuts and cover with the other slice. Keep in the fridge and serve cut in portions.
